My dream of owning and operating Volcano Vine Farmstead is about more than just growing food; it’s about cultivating a deeper connection to the land, to each other, and to the natural cycles of life. It’s a reflection of the resilience and abundance found here, in the shadow of Hawaii Island’s most sacred volcanic spaces.

Starting this project among the slopes of Kīlauea is more than just a dream, it’s a responsibility and a blessing. The land here is powerful, alive, and rich with stories far older than me. I’m filled with gratitude to live and grow on this ʻāina, where Pele’s fire has shaped some of the most fertile soil on Earth.

With a professional background in sustainable technology & agriculture, I plan to honor this land by caring for it thoughtfully, and to build systems that give more than they take.
